These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services, website, and communications provided by Insight Irrigation LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located in Eustis, Florida. By using our services or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Insight Irrigation LLC provides irrigation system monitoring, water compliance consulting, meter installation, and related field services to developers, property managers, and homeowners associations throughout Florida. Our services include remote monitoring of irrigation controllers, pump stations, and water meters, as well as compliance reporting against Water Management District permit allocations.

SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email address to Insight Irrigation LLC — whether through our website contact form, a service agreement, or direct communication with our team — you consent to receive the following types of messages:

  • System alerts and alarm notifications (e.g., controller offline, flow anomalies, pump faults)
  • Daily and weekly monitoring summary reports
  • Service appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
  • Work order status notifications
  • Water usage and compliance notifications

SMS Terms

  • Message frequency varies based on system activity and your notification preferences.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
  • SMS messages are sent via Twilio from (352) 771-3642.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications at any time.
  • Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at mail@insightirrigation.com.
  • Opting out of SMS will not affect service-related communications delivered by other means.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Accounts

Access to our monitoring platforms and field operations tools may require a user account issued by Insight Irrigation LLC. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, platforms, or communications. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with system operations, or using any information obtained through our services for purposes not authorized by your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Insight Irrigation website and monitoring platforms — including text, graphics, logos, software, and data visualizations — is the property of Insight Irrigation LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Insight Irrigation LLC provides monitoring and advisory services. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all system anomalies will be detected in real time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insight Irrigation LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our reports and notifications.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insight Irrigation LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Florida.
